A New Beginning for an Old Concept

Revival

I began working on this ministry many years ago. I was not prepared spiritually then, for all that is required, to take on such an endeavor. God had to shake a lot of garbage out of my life. Where I began, in this quest, looks nothing like where I ended up. When I started, it was all about what I could do for God. Where I ended up, is all about what God has already done for us. The more I involved God in my plan, for him, the more my plan changed.

Long before I started working on this project, I had a ministry. As a young Christian in my first church. This was before everyone had computers, and before there was an internet. I selected Old Testament scripture, to post on the back of the weekly church bulletin. What do you think the topic was? REVIVAL.

This ministry may utilize the internet, but it is very much about making personal contact. Wearing the apparel, and having a post at GodRecycles.org creates a potential point of contact with other people, and those people may check out the website without even acknowledging what your wearing. There they will learn about what God is doing in the lives of people who have accepted Jesus.

This project involves three websites

StreamingSpirit.com Resources, information, articles and inspiration, about how to plant seed for Christian Church revival. This website is the home base of the ministry.

BibleWiki.org Easy access to popular Bible verses, relevant for daily faith, inspiration, and strength, to help us stay within the guardrails God has established for believers to live a faithful Christian life. This website will be the basis for a booklet, "Daily Christian Walk Guide" to be used as part of the revival ministry.

GodRecycles.org This is where the rubber meets the road. Website where Christians can post their testimony about what God has done for them. Everyone has a story, and someone needs to hear yours. There will also be a line of non-profit apparel, providing a strong witness, and an opportunity for you to share your testimony, as well as providing a path, where people can learn about what God is doing in the life of Christians.

You can find more information about this project, these three websites, and where things stand, on the Projects page.
