Everyone Has a Story, and Someone Needs to Hear Yours GodRecycles.org

This is where the rubber meets the road. Website where Christians can post their testimony about what God has done for them. Everyone has a story, and someone needs to hear yours. There will also be a line of non-profit apparel, providing a strong witness, and an opportunity for you to share your testimony, as well as providing a path, where people can learn about what God is doing in the life of Christians.

  * Need more art work, Need to find printer.

  * Need to find developer to build site.

  * Skills: I would like to have it built on the wordpress framework, and be a "growth-focused" or a "scalable" web site, with a strong security, and backup component. The site will require multiple plugins for the user interface, and database for data input, and retrieval. The site will need to have posted testimonies stored for moderators to review before they go live. User password for contributors and moderators. Posts should have interface to report an issue, and vote the post up, (but not down) otherwise the posts will appear with the most recent at the top. Maybe a comments capability? The posts should be searchable topic tags, or user name. The URL should include the location of the post, so specific posts can be linked to.

1.
Aquire a God Recycles Kit

The kit includes a "GodRecycles.org" apparel item such as a ball cap, or a T-shirt. A “Daily Christian Walk Guide” booklet, and a ministry mission statement.

2.
Commitment

Be committed to being available for God’s service. God has a plan for each one of us to participate in his work on this Earth. The “Daily Christian Walk Guide,” as well as Articles, and tools on this website, are all purposed to be of assistance in that high calling.

3.
Wear the Apparel

Wear the apparel as a testimony, and a statement of availability to others for sharing your testimony, or the purpose of the website. When you wear the apparel, include that in your prayer for the day. Be prepared to have an answer if someone asks you about GodRecycles.org.

4.
Post Your Testimony at GodRecycles.org

Everyone has a story, and someone needs to hear yours. Pray about it. Think about what God has done for you. Do you think your testimony might help someone. If you are wearing the apparel, and someone asks you about it, you can direct them to your personal testimony. The power of that testimony is an important part of this ministry. Soon there will be a pre-launch GodRecycles.org place on this website to Post testimonies, so that when the site is launched there will be some testimonies posted. There will be a suggested format to follow. Monitors will review posts before they go live.

5.
Pay It Forward

You will be able to purchase the not-for-profit apparel, and download a pre-formatted booklet, and assembly instructions, as well as a mission statement sheet. These three items are my vision for the kit. You can change that, of course. The point of the kit is to gift someone resources to grow, and share, part of which is to keep it going by doing the same for someone else.

6.
Your Church Can Participate in this Ministry

Bindery I put together my own little bindery for producing these booklets. A long arm saddle stapler cost $32, and a heavy duty paper cutter that clamps down the stack, cost $200. You can also take a stack of booklets to a print shop for trimming.

Hand Outs Your church is free to use this booklet, and insert your own churches information. All of the scriptures are taken from translations in the public domain.

Events These materials would be great to include in a revival event.

7.
Planting Revival Seed

Gifting multiple GodReycles.org kits to a church is a great way to make a contribution that has the potential to have a far reaching impact. When you order the apparel, keep the invoice to present to the church you donate the kits to. Ask for a donation receipt to be sent to you at tax time. Your donation will be tax deductible if the organization has nonprofit status. If you choose to make such a contribution, it should be in addition to tithing.
